  • How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
    We’re sorry that you don’t want to hear from us anymore, and if you're sure you don't want to be one of the first to hear about new Artisans and fabulous products, then at the bottom of the email newsletter, there is an ‘Unsubscribe Button’ - just click on the link and you will automatically be removed from our mailing list.
  • How will I know if my order has been placed?
    You will receive an order confirmation by email.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    We aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days, and delivery will usually take 2-3 working days. Many of the goods will be despatched directly from the Artisans and may fall out with these timescales. Please contact us on if you have any questions.
  • Can I cancel or change my order?
    You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order - this does not apply to personalised items or goods made to your specification. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions
  • Why did I only receive part of my order?
    If you have ordered more than one item, they may be despatched separately from different Artisans.
  • How can I pay for my order?
    Payments will be processed through Square, by Mastercard or Visa debit/credit card or a Perthshire Artisans eGift Card.
  • When will my card be charged?
    Your card will be charged when the order is placed, or any time up until the goods are despatched.
  • How do I redeem a Perthshire Artisans eGift Card
    You will receive and email letting you know you have received a Perthshire Artisans eGift Card, and this will include a unique code which you input at the Checkout process. They are valid for 12 months and your email will identify the expiry date. If the value of the eGift Card is less than the purchase value, the remaining amount can be paid for using your usual card for payment. If the value of the eGift Card is more than the purchase value, the remaining amount remains as a balance on the eGift Card, so keep a note of the voucher number somewhere safe for use towards a future purchase.
  • Can I use a REDS card for payment?
    Sadly we no longer accept REDS cards as a payment method.
  • What is the delivery charge?
    Prices shown includes UK P&P
  • Can you ship outside the UK?
    Yes, however please contact us at before placing your order so we can confirm the shipping cost for you. You are liable to pay any import duties etc.
  • How is my order packaged?
    Your order will be packed appropriately for the goods ordered. If you have ordered more than one item, they may be packaged and dispatched separately.
  • How will my order be despatched?
    This will depend on the items ordered. Small items are usually sent through Royal Mail; larger items are usually sent by courier.
  • How will I know my order has been despatched?
    You will receive an email once your order has been despatched.
  • Can I track my order?
    Please e-mail if you would like the tracking number for your order.
  • What happens if my order arrives damaged?
    Please contact within 48 hours of receiving your order with details, including photographs of the damage. We will process your replacement/refund within 14 days. For full details, please see our Terms and Conditions
  • How do I return my order?
    If you wish to return your order, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving your order.
