How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?
We’re sorry that you don’t want to hear from us anymore, and if you're sure you don't want to be one of the first to hear about new Artisans and fabulous products, then at the bottom of the email newsletter, there is an ‘Unsubscribe Button’ - just click on the link and you will automatically be removed from our mailing list.
How will I know if my order has been placed?
You will receive an order confirmation by email.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
We aim to despatch all orders within 7 working days, and delivery will usually take 2-3 working days. Many of the goods will be despatched directly from the Artisans and may fall out with these timescales. Please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel your order within 14 days of placing the order - this does not apply to personalised items or goods made to your specification. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions
Why did I only receive part of my order?
If you have ordered more than one item, they may be despatched separately from different Artisans.
How can I pay for my order?
Payments will be processed through PayPal. You can pay using a PayPal account, or by Mastercard or Visa debit/credit card.
When will my card be charged?
Your card will be charged when the order is placed, or any time up until the goods are despatched.
Can I use a REDS card for payment?
Yes, you can!
Select 'Mastercard' as your payment type
Enter the 16 digit card number
Use your own name for the 'Name on card' section
Enter the 'valid until' date as shown on the card
The CVV is the 3 digit number above the QR code
Use your own name and address for billing details
How can I buy a REDS card?

What if the purchase price is greater than my REDS card value?
If the purchase value is greater than the value/balance on your REDS gift card, please email email@example.com and we can arrange for you to make a combined payment using both a REDS card & a different payment card
What is the delivery charge?
Prices shown includes UK P&P
Can you ship outside the UK?
Yes, however please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order so we can confirm the shipping cost for you. You are liable to pay any import duties etc.
How is my order packaged?
Your order will be packed appropriately for the goods ordered. If you have ordered more than one item, they may be packaged and dispatched separately.
How will my order be despatched?
This will depend on the items ordered. Small items are usually sent through Royal Mail; larger items are usually sent by courier. All orders will require a signature on delivery, will be trackable and will be fully insured.
How will I know my order has been despatched?
You will receive an email once your order has been despatched.
Can I track my order?
Please e-mail email@example.com if you would like the tracking number for your order.
What happens if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order with details, including photographs of the damage. We will process your replacement/refund within 14 days. For full details, please see our Terms and Conditions
How do I return my order?
If you wish to return your order, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving your order. Goods must be returned to us within 30 days of you receiving your order. For full details, please see our Terms and Conditions
