Changing Light

This stunning seascape was inspired from my many travels to Durness. The beaches, and big open skies with dramatic backdrops of caves and cliffs with so much historical stories forgotten over time. They never look the same in the changing light of the seasons.
 
Any excuse and I will be there capturing the colours and enjoying every moment of just being there.
 
Wet felted merino wool with bamboo and silks that gives this painting interest and depth.
