Kerstin makes functional yet decorative pottery, spanning a broad spectrum of ceramic art. Kerstin works with clay in a variety of ways from hand building using slabs of clay, molding or slip casting in earthen or stoneware clay. Kerstin's journey with pottery began in the 1970’s when she started working with clay during a school art lesson and it quickly became my most favoured creative medium.
