St Brendan

St Brendan

When St Brendan sailed west to find the Isles of the Blessed he anchored on one occasion to what he thought to be a small island. He stayed awhile making observations, studies and meditating. However when he chose to light a fire he discovered that this island was in fact Jasconius, a great sea monster. St Brendan had just enough time to race back to his boat before the enraged Jasconius dived to the bottom of the ocean.

A unique sculpture and a perfect gift for anyone who belives we can learn more from nature by studying it rather than by destroying it.
