Fladda Chuain

Sailing from Uig, Isle of Skye to the Outer Hebrides.
 
The Minch is scattered with islands seeped in history and tales. Druid chants once danced in the sea breeze here, a submarine ran aground there. The seabirds have reclaimed the island cliffs as their home now and I watch their flight patterns swooping before the ferry as we sail past the islands.
